No returns are accepted on handwovens, and any deposit is forfeit if the buyer decides not to proceed with the project. If you expect perfection, please seek another weaver, though I will always do my absolute best within my capabilities. If you receive a product you do not love, I will work with you to try to find a solution that works for us both. Our love of handwovens is the tie that binds us together.
