Shipping policy

Customers are responsible for paying shipping unless a listing expressly states it includes shipping. The shipping default for domestic shipping is USPS. Customers can request another shipping method, and we will try to accommodate. International customers can choose their shipping method from USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Orders will be shipped at full declared value. No effort will be made on the part of Ties that Bind Handwovens, LLC to declare less than the invoiced amount. Ties that Bind Handwovens, LLC is not responsible for customs, duties, taxes, or additional shipping fees that may result from a buyer’s incorrect instructions.  Ties that Bind Handwovens, LLC will not issue refunds to any buyer for lost, stolen, or damaged packages/goods until insurance claims have paid out. As such, insurance is required on all shipments over $50. If a freight forwarder is used, the responsibility of Ties that Bind Handwovens, LLC is from their offices to the forwarder ONLY. Once the shipper declares the package to have been delivered to the forwarder, the responsibility shifts entirely to the forwarder.
