Handwoven items have special characteristics and occasional errors including, but not limited to, misthreading, mistreadling, skips, and weft errors. No returns are accepted on handwovens, and any deposit is forfeit if the buyer decides not to proceed with the project. If you expect perfection, please seek another weaver, though I will always do my absolute best within my capabilities. If you receive a product you do not love, I will work with you to try to find a solution that works for us both. Our love of handwovens is the tie that binds us together.
